All orders that meet our minimum are delivered in the Phoenix area using our company trucks.  We deliver to all areas of the valley every day.  Orders placed for most stock items by 4:00 pm will be automatically delivered on the next business day unless specified otherwise by the customer.  We will make every effort to accommodate special requests for same day orders whenever it is possible - call our office any time to check on the possibility of deliveries for an emergency last minute order.

Normal hours for deliveries are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.  Saturday deliveries can sometimes be made by special arrangements.  Please be sure to notify your sales or customer service representative when setting up your account if you have special receiving hours.  Also, if your receiving hours should change, be sure to inform customer service so we can adjust our schedule to meet yours.

Delivery Minimums and Areas

$150.00 minimum for free delivery in Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix - this includes areas to the east as far as Power Road, to the west as far as 53rd Avenue, to the north as far as Camelback, and south as far as Chandler Boulevard. 

$200.00 minimum for free delivery outside the boundaries above, excluding Cave Creek, Carefree and Fountain Hills

$250.00 minimum for free delivery in Cave Creek, Carefree, and Fountain Hills

If your order totals under the minimum for your area, and you would like it delivered, there will be an $18.00 delivery charge added to the invoice total.

If your order does not meet our minimum, you may also select to will call the order or combine it with any other open sales order you have outstanding.  We will also ship the order UPS and add the charge to the invoice.

All distributor accounts are set up as will call accounts unless special arrangements are made.

Backorders

Backorders for items will be shipped at no additional delivery charge to the customer as soon as they become available to us.  Smaller items may be sent UPS or delivered by our trucks at our option.

Will Call Orders

There is no minimum for will call orders (orders that will be picked up at our facility).
