The Global Fury Partition Slotter that Canyon State Box proudly installed in 2002 is capable of running partitions, pads, scored pads, and many standard style boxes and trays at speeds in excess of 12,500 pieces per hour. 

This machine is capable of running blanks under seven inches wide, which means that we can run many items that our competitors need to die cut on other machinery, saving our customers very costly tooling and setup charges in many cases.

Our Global Partition Slotter can handle a blank up to 19x63 inches in normal mode, and up to 28x63 in skip feed mode.  It has 8 sets of slotting knives capable of spacing less than 2 inches apart, 8 sets of trim knives, and 4 sets of scoring (creasing) heads.  This simple machine is capable of making 8 to 10 setups per day, allowing us to offer customers very short lead times.
