We have the capability of manufacturing custom corrugated boxes in our Tempe factory in virtually any size and style you may require. This includes everything from plain brown shipping boxes to retail full color counter or floor displays. Contact your sales representative for a meeting to discuss your product. We will design items to your exact specifications and we offer excellent quality and short turnaround times. Our plant will manufacture from 1 to 100,000 boxes or more. There is no order too large or too small. We stock a wide array of raw materials available for immediate conversion into finished boxes, including B, C, E, F Flute, and Doublewall board, available in various liner combinations including kraft (natural or brown), #3 White (or oyster), #1 White (or bleached), and even #1 White on both sides. Once we have quoted your project, if our price is agreeable to you, we will provide an initial sample prototype. This is to be sure the design is correct before you invest in expensive tooling. After approval of our design you will normally have finished boxes in about a week for the first order, depending on the complexity of the order.
