Capabilities
We can provide simple services like taping together standard RSC's with
standard plastic carton sealing tape, however, most customers choose to have us do
more complex projects, or projects for which they lack the equipment or personnel to
do themselves.
- Partition Assembly - we will assemble partitions, knock them
down flat and ship them to you however you prefer - palletized, boxed, or in
bulk containers.

- Gluing - using hot glue, we can set up tray style boxes and
other special style boxes, glue foam to corrugated, foam to foam, even set
up boxes and glue multiple foam or corrugated inserts inside boxes so
the packaging is completely ready to have your product inserted when it
arrives.

- Stapling - we have various staplers that allow us to staple
almost any type of carton for customers that don't have the
equipment, or don't want to take the time.

- Unit Assembly - some packaging designs for very delicate
aerospace or electronics components can easily require 15 to 20 or more
separate parts to make the item arrive safely. Many customers do not
like to keep track of these individual pieces and find it
easier for us to sort them and setup one unit, placing all the necessary
components inside. This eliminates assembly time and the need for
separate inventory tracking for all the component parts.
